Instructions for Presentation

Instructions for Oral Presentations:
The time allocation for oral presentations are as follows:

12min (talk)+3min (discussion) for 15min presentation
15min (talk)+5min (discussion) for 20min presentation
25min (talk)+5min (discussion) for 30min presentation


The official language of the symposium is English. All presenting authors are requested to come to the session room 10 minutes before the session begins and to notify the chairpersons of their presence. An LCD projector will be available in session room. You can use your own computer with mini Dsub-15 I/O pins, or the computer prepared by the secretariat. Please note that overhead projectors are not prepared at all. The requirement of presenting author's own computer and the installed software for the computer prepared by the secretariat are as follows.

You would be strongly recommended to install the LCD projector or install your date in the secretariat computer within the free time of the session room, before the session or during the coffee break time. Please ask the staffs casually in session room.


Instructions for Poster Presentations:
All presenting authors in poster sessions are required to present in front of the panel of their paper for 90 minites between 20:30-22:00.
All materials on the panel should be described in English. Please mount your materials on the panel posting your program number using thumbtacks. The thumbtacks will be available form the symposium secretatiat. This panel is 90 cm wide and 210 cm high.
